Customizer lets a buyer personalize your design on a page linked from your Etsy listing and approve their own proof. The approved design is matched to the paid order and sent to Printify, where production begins according to your own order-approval setting.

How it works

The buyer approves the design and Etsy supplies the order. Production begins according to your own Printify order-approval setting; setup requires it to be Manual.
Approve
The buyer reviews the proof and approves it before buying.
Match
When the buyer pays, Customizer reads the Etsy order to see who bought what: the buyer, the listing, the variation, the quantity. Each item is paired with the proof that buyer approved. You review the matches and any exceptions.
Fulfill
The approved print file and the order’s shipping details go to Printify. Production begins according to your Printify order-approval setting, which setup requires to be Manual.
