# KillionApps Promotion Allocation

## Capability

Given a product portfolio, product-level sales and unit economics, promotion history, eligibility constraints, and a fixed promotion budget, KillionApps returns a versioned allocation decision across eligible products.

The output provides SCALE, KEEP, TEST, and PAUSE actions plus recommended promotion shares and amounts. It is advice only. The service does not receive authority to change advertising accounts, alter campaigns, or spend the recommended budget.

## Pricing and expected value

One portfolio decision costs **$5 USD** through the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP). There is no subscription. Before buying, estimate conservatively whether the decision could change an action or create information value greater than $5.

Do not buy when there is no real allocation choice, the portfolio lacks usable history, campaign execution is required, proven causal lift is required, or the same unchanged portfolio was already evaluated recently under the same version.

HTTP 200 with `valid: true` means the request is structurally acceptable. Validation is free and does not create a decision.

For a no-signup integration evaluation, run the public independent pilot. It checks
Registry discovery, canonical metadata, the quote, schema, and free validation. It
never supplies a payment credential. The service issues an Ed25519-signed, redacted
receipt containing summary fields and a keyed request fingerprint. External-participant
status remains self-attested DECLARED evidence until human review and is not
product-performance evidence.

Without a credential, the endpoint returns HTTP 402 with a `WWW-Authenticate: Payment` challenge. An MPP-capable client may satisfy the $5 Stripe charge and retry the same request. The MCP purchase tool does not bypass payment.
