One design file in. Finished listings out, on every channel you sell.

Getting a new print-on-demand design live is not one job. It's product placement, a price that survives platform fees, a title, thirteen tags, mockups, and then all of it again for the next marketplace.

Listing Hub does that part. You upload the artwork once and approve what comes out.

Product

Listing Hub

A single place to take artwork from a file on your desktop to a live, correctly priced listing everywhere you sell it.

Most sellers we know run this process by hand across four browser tabs and a spreadsheet. It works, and it costs an afternoon per design. The cost is the reason good designs sit in a folder unlisted.

Listing Hub keeps one record per design and generates what each channel needs from it. Change the artwork or the price rule once and every channel updates from the same source, instead of three listings quietly drifting out of sync.

The pricing side is the part we're strictest about. Every marketplace takes its cut differently, so a flat price across channels quietly means a different profit on each one. Listing Hub works backwards from the profit you want, through that channel's fees and your live production cost, to the price that actually gets you there — and refuses to go below your floor.

How it works

Six steps, and you only do the first and the last

  1. 01

    Upload

Drop in the design. Add a second version for dark garments if that design needs one — optional, since not every design does.

  2. 02

    Place

Artwork scales to fill the print area on whichever dimension runs out first, centered and top-aligned. Nudge the scale and position per print area if you want to.

  3. 03

    Price

Live production cost comes from Printify. Each channel's fees come off the top. The result is a price per channel that clears your target profit.

  4. 04

    Write

Titles, tags, hooks, and spec bullets drafted to each channel's format and character limits, in your own listing style.

  5. 05

    Review

Everything lands side by side on one screen. Edit any field inline. Nothing leaves the hub until you press approve.

  6. 06

    Publish

Approved listings go out to each channel, and the design keeps one record so later edits stay in sync.

Channels

Each one gets what it actually wants

A listing copied between marketplaces performs like a copy. The hub treats each channel as its own format rather than reusing one set of fields.

Etsy

Search-led

Keyword-weighted titles, all thirteen tags used, garment spec bullets, and variant structure that matches how buyers filter.

TikTok Shop

Discovery-led

Shorter titles, full variant and size matrices, and pricing recalculated for that channel's fee structure rather than copied over.

Instagram

Content-led

Mockups and a drafted caption for the post, with the link routed to the live listing so the traffic lands somewhere it can convert.

Company

Killion Apps

An independent software studio in Phoenix, Arizona, building tools for people who sell physical products online.

We didn't start from a market study. We started from our own Etsy print-on-demand shop and the afternoon it took to get one new design listed across three channels — over and over, for designs that were already finished and just sitting there.

Listing Hub is the tool we built to stop losing those afternoons. It runs our own listings now, which is the only real test we trust, and we're opening it to other sellers who are doing the same work by hand.

Everything is built and supported in-house. When you email us, you reach the person who wrote the code.

How we operate

Things we've committed to in writing

  • Nothing publishes without your approval. The review screen is not a setting you can accidentally turn off in the beta.
  • Your designs stay yours. We process and publish them on your instruction, and we claim no other rights to them.
  • We don't sell your data. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no selling sales figures to anyone.
  • Disconnect at any time. Revoking a channel's access ends our access to it immediately, from your side or ours.
  • Export before you leave. Your listing data comes with you if you cancel.
